ok so in a trinomial such as 2x^2 + X + 6
somewhere down the line you have to multiply the first and 3rd numbers so you can factor it into the 2nd number in the parentheses.
so the question is, in a longer polynomial set such as 2x^3 + x^2 + 4x + 6x are you still multiplying the 1st and 3rd number or is it now 1st and 4th (last number).
or for a 5 set polynomial is it 1st and 5th?
this probably sounds like a stupid question but i just want to make sure
thx
