What do i need to get a small business loan?

I want to start my own business in the next three years and I just need some general advice. Does having collage degree make any difference at the bank? When I go to apply for the loan do I need to have a business plan and convince the bank that my idea will make money or is it just going to go off my credit score?

How can I (22 yrs old) get a small business loan?

I’m 22 years old with average credit. I have a $14,000 car I could use as collateral.

I would like to open up a bar and the expenses are going to run me around $150,000 – $350,000… Obviously with no track record in business other and a bachelors degree I’m going to have to figure something out in order to get this large sum of money.

How to start ur own restaurant?

I am looking into starting a small restuaurant serving things like soup, salad, bread etc..no entrees i guess. My credit isnt good at all. I am sure I will need a small business loan. How do I go about that? What will I need to go about it? Im not sure a bank will finance at all with my credit history. Anyone reccommend where to buy foods or work with distributors..so on..clueless
