Im dealing with a company called Capital Management in New York. They call my mother neighbors and friends looking for me. Each time I call them they are rude and make me feel worthless. They refuse small payments and insist I give them 4000 dollars. I work a low paying job and my husband is out of work. Im even looking for a second job, but the job market is really awful. My husband fills out 10 applications or more a day.
I cant sleep at night. I just want to fix my credit. I dont want to file bankrupcy over a few thousand dollars.I believe my husband will find a job soon, and we can start paying more. What do I do? Each time I call they are ruder and ruder. To them im a piece of crap. They even wanted me to open a line of credit to get them off my back.
